Testimonials

“I am thrilled to write this testimonial for Amanda Clements and the professionalism she demonstrates as a Life and Mental Performance Coach. I cannot think of a finer person to have introduced to the Rookie class of 2018. Young football players first entering the NFL don’t always understand what lies ahead and being able to focus on the task at hand led me to seek Amanda’s help. I could see immediately Amanda had a talent to teach and the communication skill set for working with elite groups and getting the message across. My guys paid attention, asked questions and still ask, ‘when is she coming back?’ What I have admired most about Amanda is her determination to grow her business and reach a greater number of athletes because what she’s teaching can be applied so many ways for personal and team growth. Needless to say, I recommend Amanda Clements with my highest regard.”

“What Amanda brings to the table is really something special. As coaches, as parents, we can tell kids the same kind of stuff about thinking positive and how important your words are, but sometimes just hearing it from someone else makes all the difference. Amanda has a way of speaking to my girls, and I often refer to her as my secret weapon. The growth in thinking and handling situations from my young ladies has been amazing and I credit a lot of that to Amanda. She has an absolute passion for what she does and you can definitely tell that when she interacts with the team. She is there for all the right reasons and has become a part of the 2025 Belles family!”

Shauna Browning, Head Coach - Maryland Belles 2025

“Amanda was a tremendous boost to our entire team over the course of the last season. Our players and staff were motivated and educated to be at their very best and help those around to do the same. Everyone in the organization was able to benefit not only on the field but in their everyday life with Amanda's powerful presence combined with a very high level of thoughtful and caring teaching. Any team, group or individual could benefit greatly by spending time with her.”

“My 12 year old daughter is a gymnast and was struggling with new skills, particularly on beam and vault. I thought it would be helpful for her to have a neutral third party to talk to other than her coaches to help her overcome her fears of conquering the new skills. I spoke to several professionals who work with young athletes and felt an immediate connection with Amanda and felt that she would connect with my daughter as well. After meeting Amanda the first time, my daughter felt very comfortable with her and believed that Amanda could help her get through the competition season. Amanda was wonderful each time she met with my daughter. Her approach is flexible and she adapts her session to suit the needs of the athlete. Each time Amanda met with my daughter, she helped her pinpoint the specific skills that were giving her problems and helped her think through and develop a process and realistic goals to overcome the obstacles. My daughter also loved the advice Amanda provided to help her relax and reduce stress. After each session, Amanda provided a brief summary of the session and goals for my daughter to work on until her next session. She took the goals sheet with her to every practice to help stay on track. My daughter enjoyed working with Amanda and I cannot recommend her enough.”

“My 15-year-old daughter is a competitive Irish dancer and she began to experience anxiety to the point where she was becoming physically ill during competitions. Amanda was able to help my daughter pinpoint the root of her anxiety. She taught her how to recognize the early signs of being anxious and gave her tips and strategies on how to get those anxious feelings under control should they arise during competitions. After only one visit with Amanda, my daughter was back to competing without getting sick! My daughter was very comfortable talking to Amanda and we are very grateful for everything she has done!”
